Huari provides the service details according to the fact. Huari website reserved the right to explain all the service.
Huari provides related net service to its users. The user shall be responsible for the fee needed on the equipment related to the net service (such as PC, mobile phone and the set related to the net entering)
3. Amendment of Use Agreement

The members should accord with law and regulation when issue information or utilize network service in Huari web.
The members should respond for information which release in web. The system’s record can become members’ irregularity evidence in case of spreading and diffusing irregularity information.
The members couldn’t use our service engage in hereinafter action:
- Without allowing, enter computer informational network or use computer informational resource.
- Without allowing, cancel, amend or add computer informational function and program,
- Without allowing, cancel, amend or add data and program information which is deposited in the database of the net
- Facture and transmit internet virus or other ruinous program on purpose.
- Other harmful deed to the network informations.
- Privacy protection
If the members disobey above items, web have right to amend and take some measures to lighten influence.

8. Law& Regulation
All the service of efficacy .explain and administer apply for the Chinese law. The parties to this agreement hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hangzhou.
